National Broadcasting School graduate Paul Doward was honoured at last night’s Independent Radio News awards in central London. Two iconic Liverpool organisations have today announced an innovative new partnership as the National Broadcasting School has facilitated the launch of Albert Dock Radio based at the City’s largest free tourist attraction.
