Eight more brilliant students from the University of Liverpool have completed our Professional Radio Skills course, and will be taking their experience back to the LSRadio station.
Each week, the students were taught radio skills and techniques by our experienced tutors, and were given an insight into the way the professional industry works.
We were amazed as always by the talent, maturity and intelligence of the radio students, and are sorry to see them go. We’re pleased that the future of radio is in such safe hands.
One of the students, Charlie Mannix Beale, said “The course was fun and has fundamentally changed the way I write and present my show for LSRadio. Each tutor brought a different and interesting insight to the course giving us a rounded experience of how to present, the implications of what we say on air and the environment where it all happens. I looked forward to it every week, and am sad that it’s over.”
