Outside Broadcast Week 4
On the eve of the Merseyside derby, the students took the Friday evening news programme on the road for their first outside broadcast.
The location, Stanley Park, is situated between Goodison Park and Anfield. Our host was The Isla Gladstone, a splendid ‘glasshouse’ that’s one of Liverpool’s hidden gems.
Armed with the latest smartphone technology the team introduced a mix of live and pre-recorded interviews and packages.
